How do I track an order?


Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also head to our Track an Order page in the Help Hub anytime to check your delivery status.

How long does delivery take?


Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days across Australia. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier.

Where are your products shipped from?


All orders are shipped directly from trusted Australian suppliers and warehouses for faster delivery and quality assurance.

What is your return policy?


We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for the full guide.

Are any items non-returnable?


Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like pet beds and grooming tools can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can exchange items that are faulty or damaged in transit. For change-of-mind exchanges, customers cover return postage costs.

Do you ship internationally?


Not yet. We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is something we may add in future once logistics allow.
